CONFIRM BOOKING

To confirm the Reservation, a Confirmation Deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the Stay is always required.

To confirm a reservation for short periods, a Confirmation Deposit of €100.00 is always required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: without penalties and/or refund of the deposit (up to 45 days for high season and holidays).

After the 31st day the deposit is not refunded

From 07 days to arrival, 100% of the booked services will be charged.

In case of No Show 100% of the stay will be charged

Changes or cancellations of the reservation must be communicated in writing
