• High season and holidays: free cancellation up to 30 days first.
• After the indicated deadline: the deposit is not returned.
• From the 7th day after arrival: charge of the 100% living room.

Yes, but the changes are subject to availability and may provide additional costs.

The maximum number of guests is 6 people per flat.
It is not possible to exceed this limit.

Yes, they are admitted with a supplement per night.

Yes, the final cleaning is included in the price.

For maintenance or minor problems, just contact the operator and we will intervene quickly.
